Owner's Response: We will try to explain the facts. This group asked to come early to put their luggage. (The check in is at 3 PM). This group arrived around 11:50 AM). I asked the group leader to put their luggage in one living and in the games room. Meanwhile, they could take a small meal at the nearby restaurants, while the cleaners were preparing to welcome these guests, at about 3 PM. However, these guests have not left the house and immediately the children began to use the rooms to put on bathing suits and began to use the pool with a shout above normal for the occasion. I tried to call the attention of the leader and other group members to the fact that the maids need space and conditions to do their job of cleaning and change of clothes of the beds and respective towels. The garden still had to be cleaned, and the withdrawal of toys purchased by previous guests, which should be thrown away. I think the leader and the other guests did not like to know that they should not use the house while the maids cleaned the house.
